Troon managed Top 100 European Golf Resort recognised by industry peers with ‘Facility Newcomer of the Year’ award.

At a recent awards ceremony held at Troon Headquarters in Arizona, Las Colinas Golf & Country Club were presented with the prestigious Troon ‘Facility Newcomer of the Year’ award. The award comes following a hugely successful 2011 for the team based just south of Alicante on Spain’s east coast. Membership figures and numbers of guests have exceeded all targets, as visitors to the popular region have praised the stunning Cabell. B Robinson designed course, and a host of other facilities available within the resort. Additionally, the course was named as one of Continental Europe’s Top 100 for the first-time and successfully hosted the European Tour’s Q-School Second Stage.
