La Serena Golf lies in the municipality of Los Alcázares, on the shores of the Mar Menor. Mainly flat, the golf course's main difficulties are the prevailing Levante wind and the many water hazards that come into play on 16 of the 18 holes. It's an excellent setting but if you haven't played there yet ... here is your chance to WIN one round of golf for up to 4 golfers!
To enter the competition, simply answer the following question.
La Serena golf course was designed by Manuel Piñero, a professional who is known and feared by his fellow professionals for his deadly accurate short game.
Manuel Piñero joined the European Tour in 1974 and competed regularly until 2001. In 2003 he joined the European Seniors Tour, where he still competes to this day. His record in Spain is second to none - winning the Individual Spanish Pro Championship 5 times and the Doubles on another five occasions.
