A recent survey of 350 Club Murcia members and regular visitors were asked: "Which new course opening 2007/2008 are you most looking forward to playing?" There were 8 new courses to choose from: Lo Romero, El Valle, La Tercia, Hacienda Riquelme, Corvera, Peraleja, Sierra Golf and Santa Ana.
The Survey swung in various directions, with the following courses each achieving the top position on more than one occasion: Corvera, El Valle, Hacienda Riquelme and Peraleja. It was for quite a time a closely fought battle, but the eventual victor was Hacienda Riquelme as the most anticipated.
At the time of publishing this article (February 1st) Hacienda Riquelme has received 24.29% of the votes. In second place is Peraleja (18%) and closely followed in third is Corvera (17.43%).
