Ochando Golf Course Description

The golf course is divided into two parts, the first 18 holes are in the south, and in the north are the other 9 holes.

Hole 1: Par 5 with 490m, A plain dogleg to the left. Green is very well protected by 3 bunkers.

Hole 2: Par 4, 390m Sharp dogleg to the right. So the golfer needs accuracy for both the drive and the second shot to a green that is protected by a large front bunker.

Hole 3: Par 4, 355m, Dogleg left, the drive is over a dry river bed. Once over this there is a lake to the left of the green, and a bunker behind to capture anything too long.

Hole 4: Par 4, 315m Slight dogleg right, the drive is again across the river bed and a lake. But an accurate tee shot is rewarded with a short second to a green with bunkers on both sides.

Hole 5: Par 3, 150m, A short hole. The green is protected by three large bunkers.

Hole 6:Par 5, 495m,A straight hole slightly downhill . A bunker to the left is ready to capture any errant tee shot.

Hole 7: Par 3, 140m. It is the shortest hole on the golf course . A narrow green will still require an accurate tee shot.

Hole 8: Par 4, 400m Dogleg left. Completely downhill to the lowest point on the golf course. Three bunkers on the left of the fairway will capture any inaccurate drive.

Hole 9: Par 4 , 360m, Slightly left to right, to a green with 2 bunkers on the right.

Hole 10: Par 4, 320m,A practically straight hole slightly uphill. One of the shortest par 4s on the Golf Course. But the green is protected by a large bunker on the left hand side.

Hole 11: Par 4, 320m, Dogleg right and uphill. The green is protected by bunkers on both sides.

Hole 12: Par 4, 430m, Straight and completely uphill. Its difficultly is mainly due to its length .

Hole 13: Par 3, 200m A long par 3 with a bunker to the left hand side of the green.

Hole 14:Par 5, 495m, Double dogleg right. A difficult drive because it is uphill, and there is a large bunker to the right. The green has a large bunker to the left.

Hole 15: Par 4, 400m A straight hole . The drive is uphill,so leaving a long second shot.

Hole 16: Par 3, 180m Bunkers both left and right protect this green.

Hole 17: Par 4, 425m A long hole with bunkers all the way up the left side of the fairway.

Hole 18: Par 5, 507 A slight right to left hole downhill.

Hole 1: Par 4, 310m straight. The drive is uphill and will require an accurate second, a green protected by a bunker to the front, and a lake to the left.

Hole 2: Par 4, 400m, Slight dogleg to the left. It is a hole going uphill, and the green is protected by a bunker to the right hand side.

Hole 3: Par 4, 400m straight. A narrow corridor will make for the need of an accurate drive off the tee. A downhill second to a green with a lake behind will give the golfer spectacular views over the course.

Hole 4: Par 4, 370m Slight left to right uphill. The green has bunkers on both sides.

Hole 5: Par 3, 200m Downhill with great panoramic views over the lake and the whole golf course.

Hole 6: Par 4, 375m Slight dogleg right. An uphill drive, with the second short to an elongated green with a bunker running parallel to the left.

Hole 7: Par 5, 560m The longest hole on the golf course. A very pronounced dogleg to the left. The drive is steeply downhill with grass bunkers to the left. The remainder of the hole is straight, with a lake behind a green surrounded by bunkers.

Hole 8: Par 3, 190m. Surrounded by lakes, but the one to the left of the green is the danger. The green sits next to the foot of a large hill.

Hole 9: Par 4, 365m. Slight left to right. The tee is surrounded by water but the hole has no bunkers.
