Yes No Played Saurines 11/09/2014. Very hot and sunny. 12 and 17 handicaps. First time visit to this course. Found the course in very good condition desptite a long hot summer. Temp clubhouse but was warned about this. A lot of waste areas (common in this area) but holiday "free drop on grass" rule prevented any damage to clubs.
*CM Comment: The "Waste" areas are officially "Desert" areas taken from the US model and in keeping with Murcia being one of the hottest parts of Spain. The desert areas are treated as the Fairway under normal rules of play. They appear on some courses in the region :-)

Yes No Palyed 13/4/2014. Sunny conditions. 11 Handicap. Played the course for the 1st time. The course was in good condition greens fast and hard to read and well placed bunkers. what we did,nt
like where the vast waste areas around the course. i understand its supposed to represent a desert course which it does but the gravel on the waste areas could easily damage your clubs. its ok if you hit it straight but some of our higher handicappers spent more time in the areas than on the grass. found it expensive compared to other courses and the staff in the pro shop we not welcoming. pricey drinks afterwards*. note to the club- reduce your prices and maybe get more through the doors.
*CM Comment: There is no Clubhouse at this venue so drinks are available in a privately run Bar/Restaurant.
