Yes No I had not played Las Ramblas for a number of years as always found it extremely difficult. However I played it again on 15April with my son and a couple of guys who were also on holidays . I was most impressed by the condition of the course and the greens . It appears as though a lot of work has been carried out on the course in recent years. It is still a tough course but if you plot your way around it is a fair challenge. We were delighted to say that our 4 ball ( handicaps 12 to 28) managed to get around without losing a single ball between us !

The new clubhouse and facilities are excellent. We will be restoring Las Ramblas to the list for our annual visit.

CM Comment: Very good review and impressive play!

Yes No We have played Ramblas around 20 times over the last 10 years and its fair to say that its a bit of a marmite course. Its one of those courses that the more you play it the worse you get as it can intimidate you, as you know what's coming. Very often we can be standing on the 5th tee with at least one of the group still on 0 points (I would suggest stableford scoring as you can build up a cricket score on many of the holes.)

Love it or hate it Ramblas has one of my favourite golf holes in the area, the par 5 4th, dependant on length either a 3 wood or driver over the brow of the hill to reveal two more tiers, its a simple lay-up or a 180 shot to the green (surrounded by a wide ditch/crevasse)

At 42euros with CM its great value for money
