Altorreal Golf Club, Murcia
Altorreal Golf is located in an affluent suburb just outside Murcia city. Unlike other Golf courses which have an strong international presence, Altorreal is very much a ‘Spanish’ course and this makes it even more appealing. Altorreal host many tournaments throughout the year and it is always busy at the weekends. The course itself has a great deal of variety. Tight is some areas, open and tree lined in others. It’s an undulating course and for some, Buggy’s will be a must.
Over the years, visiting Golfers will enjoy a Round of Golf at Altorreal and then head into the centre of Murcia to soak up the atmosphere of the many bars and restaurants in the numerous squares surrounding the stunning Cathedral. For us, no trip to Murcia is complete without a trip into Murcia city so game of Golf at Altorreal should complete a full days excursion.
